Bomb attack condemned
IMPHAL, Jul 4: The Thoubal District Medical Department Employees Association and the Family Welfare Department Employees Association have strongly condemned the act of hurling a bomb at the residence of Chief Medical Officer Thoubal, Dr Ksh Manglem, conveyed a joint press release.
They further appealed to all concerned not to undertake such intimidating acts against officers and staff of the two Departments in future.
